Job Summary
We are looking to hire SEASONAL SERVERS for our events FOH Service Team at KITCHEN FARMACY ($25/hr) and FOH Service Team at CHEEKY DUCK VINEYARD ($17.60 plus tips).
KITCHEN FARMACY is the catering and events division of CHEEKY DUCK VINEYARD in Lakefield Ontario.
We are seeking 3 years minimum experience for these important SERVER roles.
The ideal candidate will possess a unparalleled passion for delivering high-quality hospitality experiences with steadfast attention to micro detail. This role offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your expertise in food preparation, team management, and customer service within a dynamic environment while being fully engaged with our guests.

A valid Ontario Driver's License is required for this position and the ability to travel to a variety of locations plus up to date SMARTSERVE CERTIFICATE & FOOD HANDLER CERTIFICATE .

Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive service throughout their dining experience
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems or order pads
- Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards
- Assist with food preparation and handling as needed to support kitchen staff
- Ensure all food safety and hygiene protocols are followed diligently
- Address guest inquiries or concerns professionally to ensure satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, service stations, and dining areas
- Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service during busy periods
Skills
- Prior restaurant or food industry experience preferred
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Knowledge of serving techniques, food handling, and food safety standards
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills and teamwork orientation
- Barista experience or familiarity with beverage preparation is a plus
- Hospitality background with a focus on guest satisfaction is desirable
