Job Description

Role: Senior Workday Finance Consultant (Contract)

Project: ERP Implementation Project – FCM

Location: Remote/FCM Project Team

Duration: ~6 months (start ASAP, potential to extend)

Reporting to: FCM ERP Implementation Project Manager

Pay rates: approx. $60-90/HR (relevant to experience)


Requirements:

  • 5+ years hands-on experience in Workday ERP implementation as a delivery consultant
  • Strong knowledge of Workday Finance modules; able to support testing, training, deployment, and post-go-live
  • Experience in Financial Planning and Strategic Sourcing is highly desirable for Phase 2
  • Skilled in Workday reporting, data analytics, and report customization


Key Responsibilities:

  • Support FCM team in ERP implementation activities
  • Transfer knowledge and collaborate with FCM leads to build internal Workday competency
  • Monitor vendor implementation quality
  • Support go-live and post-production activities
  • Implement backlog features independently of the vendor
  • Contribute to Phase 2 functions implementation
