This role demands deep expertise in complex construction processes, critical path scheduling, premium finishes, site safety, and high-performance subcontractor coordination.<br /></p><p>This position is ideal for a seasoned construction professional who has successfully delivered <b>luxury concrete towers</b>—from shoring to occupancy—and thrives in a fast-paced, detail-driven, and collaborative environment.</p><p></p><p><br /></p><br />Requirements<p>Key Responsibilities<br /></p><ul><li><p>Lead all field operations for luxury high-rise residential projects, ensuring safety, efficiency, and exceptional quality throughout all phases<br /></p></li><li><p>Oversee daily site execution including high-performance subcontractors, trades, safety personnel, and internal teams<br /></p></li><li><p>Develop and maintain critical path schedules in collaboration with project managers to meet ambitious project milestones<br /></p></li><li><p>Conduct structured site coordination meetings, proactively resolve challenges, and align teams with project vision and timelines<br /></p></li><li><p>Enforce and elevate safety standards beyond regulatory requirements, fostering a culture of accountability and care<br /></p></li><li><p>Review, interpret, and coordinate complex construction documents, ensuring precision across design and build phases<br /></p></li><li><p>Collaborate with architects, engineers, consultants, and inspectors to manage design intent and resolve field issues efficiently<br /></p></li><li><p>Mentor and grow site teams, instilling a high-performance mindset and pride in delivering industry-leading buildings.<br /></p></li></ul>Qualifications & Experience<br /><ul><li><p>10+ years of progressive construction experience, including 5+ years in a Superintendent or Senior Superintendent role on high-rise concrete projects over 30 storeys<br /></p></li><li><p>Demonstrated success in managing luxury, architecturally ambitious towers from excavation to occupancy<br /></p></li><li><p>Advanced knowledge of structural systems, premium building envelopes, and high-efficiency MEP integrations<br /></p></li><li><p>Exceptional leadership and site management skills with a focus on logistics in tight urban sites, subcontractor performance, and maintaining critical timelines<br /></p></li><li><p>Deep commitment to construction safety, with a strong understanding of OH&S regulations and best practices<br /></p></li><li><p>Excellent communication and documentation skills; able to lead cross-functional meetings and maintain accurate reporting<br /></p></li><li><p>Proficiency with project management and scheduling tools such as Procore, MS Project, and Primavera P6<br /></p></li></ul><p><br /></p><br />Benefits<p><b>Partner Staffing</b> is Bringing Talent to Business.
