Senior Project Manager – Water/Wastewater Construction
We’re seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager for a major water and wastewater infrastructure project based in Winnipeg. The ideal candidate will be a Canadian citizen who is comfortable with regular travel to Arizona during the first six months of the role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead planning, staffing, and execution of large-scale water/wastewater treatment projects.
- Manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships.
- Oversee project delivery using methods such as Progressive Design-Build, CM-at-Risk, or Design-Bid-Build.
- Ensure safety compliance and support technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements:
- 8–15 years of experience in heavy civil or industrial construction, with at least 3 years in water/wastewater projects.
- Strong leadership, financial management, and communication skills.
- Engineering or construction management degree (or equivalent experience).
- Willingness to travel regularly to Arizona during initial project phase.
Compensation:
Base salary range: $150,000 – $200,000, depending on experience.
