Job Description

Botsford Associates is seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to lead and coordinate the Liquidity Remediation Project at one of our major Capital Markets clients. This initiative encompasses multiple workstreams and requires a proven leader who can manage large-scale programs, effectively allocate resources, and maintain financial discipline.


The successful candidate will be responsible for program oversight, resourcing, and budget management across multiple workstreams.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of the Liquidity Remediation Project across multiple streams, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and regulatory expectations.
  • Oversee program governance, scope, and milestone tracking, ensuring timely execution of deliverables.
  • Manage resourcing plans, allocation, and onboarding across streams, working closely with PMO and functional leads.
  • Maintain and track program budgets, forecasts, and actuals, ensuring cost discipline and transparent financial reporting.
  • Utilize Clarity PPM for project planning, tracking, and reporting.
  • Support program-level risk, issue, and dependency management, ensuring timely escalation and resolution.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams, including technology, finance, risk, and operations, to ensure seamless execution.
  • Provide regular status reporting to senior stakeholders and steering committees.
  • Drive alignment between streams to optimize efficiency, mitigate risks, and ensure consistent delivery standards.


Qualifications

  • Senior Level (8-10+ years) Project Management experience within Capital Markets or related financial services domains (Treasury/Risk)
  • Proven track record delivering large-scale, multi-stream programs in a complex, regulated environment.
  • Strong working knowledge of Clarity PPM for project planning and tracking.
  • Exceptional financial management skills, including budget forecasting, tracking, and variance reporting.
  • Solid stakeholder management skills with the ability to work across senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Experience managing resources across multiple concurrent streams.
  • Familiarity with liquidity risk, liquidity stress testing, or cash flow monitoring is an asset (but not mandatory).
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).


Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior exposure to Liquidity Risk Remediation or Regulatory Liquidity Programs.
  • Experience working with Early Warning Indicator frameworks.
  • PMP or equivalent project management certification.
