This strategic leadership role requires a proven people manager who can deliver global programs, implement frameworks, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in data quality, governance, risk management, and automation tooling, and will be instrumental in shaping our data strategy across all business units.# What you’ll do* Lead and mentor a team of data quality professionals.* Define and execute the enterprise data quality strategy across multiple markets and business units.* Design and implement data quality frameworks, standards, and controls.* Deliver global data quality programs with measurable outcomes.* Manage risk reporting and remediation related to data quality issues.* Ensure compliance with OSFI E21 (data traceability and lineage) and OSFI E23 (data quality controls and checks).* Implement governance processes from both manual and automated perspectives.* Drive cloud migration initiatives from legacy systems to modern platforms.* Oversee metadata management, cataloging, and tagging for business-critical data.* Utilize data governance tools such as Snowflake, Collibra, Atlan.# What you’ll bring* Proven experience delivering enterprise-level data quality programs globally or across multiple business units.* Strong background in data governance, regulatory compliance, and risk management.* Hands-on experience with cloud migrations, metadata management, and data cataloging.* Expertise in data governance tooling (Snowflake, Collibra, Atlan).* Familiarity with Snowflake and modern data platforms.* Ability to manage large-scale programs and lead cross-functional teams.# What makes you stand out* Experience implementing data lineage and traceability solutions.* Knowledge of metadata management and data cataloging in cloud environments.* Strategic leadership skills with a proven track record of influencing senior stakeholders.# What you’ll get* The salary band for this position ranges from $135,000 to $150,000.
