Senior Legal Counsel, Commercial

5-10+ Years (Mississauga/Hybrid), 8-Month Contract


ALT is partnering with a Canadian-owned business that provides data solutions in the financial services industry to hire a Senior Legal Counsel. This role works closely with the entire legal department, including the VP Legal and Chief Legal Officer. It is a contract role with the possibility of becoming a permanent position.


In this role, you will draft and negotiate complex commercial and technology service and licensing agreements, support M&A transactions, and advise on legal and business matters. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of commercial law experience.

The company's head office is in Mississauga, and the requirement is to be in the office 2-3 days per week.
