Senior Gaming Business Analyst is a critical position driving data-driven decision-making, optimizing business performance, and shaping the strategic direction of the gaming brands within the company <br>
<br>
Main Responsibilities:  <br>
 <ul><li>
Data Analysis - Analyze large datasets to understand gaming operations, player behaviour, and revenue streams and inform strategic and operational decisions. <br>
 <br></li><li>
Product Development Support - Provide recommendations based on the game data to enhance product features, economies, and future developments. <br>
 <br></li><li>
Monetization support - Work across teams to apply insights for improving game monetization and player engagement tactics. <br>
 <br></li><li>
Performance Monitoring - Design and create automated dashboards and reports for key business metrics and insights to assess the effectiveness of gaming products/features/events, marketing campaigns, and revenue-generating initiatives. <br>
 <br></li><li>
Financial Analysis - Evaluating financial performance, forecasting revenue projections, and identifying areas for cost optimization or revenue growth <br>
 <br></li><li>
Continuous Improvement - Staying updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in gaming analytics and business intelligence. Proactively identifying opportunities for process improvement and optimization within the analytics function. <br>
 <br></li><li>
Manage multiple analytics projects in a fast-paced environment. <br></li></ul>
<ul><li>
Provide technical and architectural guidelines for the optimal data structuring within the organization. <br></li></ul>
<br><br><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>5+ years in similar analytical roles in the social casino/iGaming industry. <br></li><li>Proficient in SQL and experience with complex data queries. <br></li><li>Proficient in PowerBI and experience building dashboards and working with semantic models. <br></li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail. <br></li><li>Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex data into actionable insights. <br></li><li>Passion for the social gaming industry and an adaptable attitude. <br></li><li>Personal values - Pro-activeness, assertiveness, goals and not tasks driven self -management <br></li><li>
Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Math, Engineering, Economics, or another quantitative field. <br>
 <br></li></ul>
Nice to have requirements: <br>
 <ul><li>Familiarity with statistical tools and models (R, SAS) is beneficial. <br></li><li>Familiarity with Python programming <br></li><li>Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric platform<br></li></ul>
