Job Description
<p>As part of the Finance and Accounting Team, the Senior Financial Analyst will handle audit reconciliations and financial statement reporting on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. This role is also responsible for conducting financial analysis to support company decisions using data related to historical performance, market trends, industry benchmarks, and economic factors.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Complete audit reconciliations and financial statement reporting on a monthly, quarterly, and annual schedule.</li><li>Ensure timely delivery of all required reports.</li><li>Perform financial analysis and reporting to help guide organizational decision-making.</li><li>Collaborate with various teams to gather necessary financial information and insights.</li><li>Prepare presentations for leadership based on financial findings.</li><li>Employ SQL for data extraction and manipulation.</li><li>Use accounting software to perform financial transactions and reporting.</li><li>Generate data visualizations to simplify and clarify complex financial concepts.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Education & Experience</p><ul><li>CPA certification is preferred.</li><li>Proficiency in financial analysis and data interpretation.</li><li>Familiarity with Sage 300 software (preference).</li><li>Solid understanding of financial principles and concepts.</li><li>Strong work ethic and a collaborative team approach.</li><li>Capable of effective verbal and written communication.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.</li></ul>Create Your Resume First
