We’re a high performing team of 60 in a fast-growing company, with a strong product, and a culture that values ownership, experimentation, and execution. We are also preparing to launch our product under a different brand in a new market, making this a key moment to join the team and have real impact.

- 4 weeks of vacation from day one
- 10 wellness days
- Group RRSP with up to 5% employer matching
- Flexible work hours and 100% remote-friendly
- Group insurance (80–100% employer-paid)
- Telemedicine access (Dialogue)
- Home office allowance
- Sports allowance and partner perks
- MacBook Pro and premium work equipment
- Team activities and company-paid events throughout the year
- A fast-growing company that recognizes strong performance and offers real opportunities for growth
- A human-first management style with regular feedback cycles
- A culture that values learning, experimentation, and ownership
What we expect from you
As a Senior Digital Growth Specialist, you will report to the Marketing Growth Director and play a critical role in executing our multi-brand strategy and scaling our growth initiatives both in Canada and internationally. We're looking for a tech-savvy and self-driven individual contributor in a high impact marketing team.
Your main objectives

- Improve conversion rates across key acquisition and monetization funnels
- Continuously analyze results and iterate quickly on what works versus what doesn’t
This hands-on role is focused on delivery and active involvement in the work. You will build campaigns from A to Z, analyze results, iterate, and continuously improve performance.
We’re not looking for a people manager. We’re looking for a senior individual contributor who ships and closely works cross-functionally with the internal team and external consultants to deliver results.

Data, Analytics & Reporting
- Set up and maintain tracking using analytics and experimentation tools
- Analyze website, campaign, and funnel performance to identify opportunities and bottlenecks
