<p><strong>Title:</strong> Senior Bilingual Building Operations assistant </p><p><strong>Location: </strong>Montreal (Cote Saint Luc area) - Monday to Friday - on-site </p><p><strong>Duration: </strong>6-month contract (9-5pm)</p><p><br></p><p><strong>***Government Clearance: Reliability level 1 or higher in hand***</strong></p><p><br></p><p>Involved in supporting building operations by performing duties associated with the role. Responsibilities include coordinating common services, providing administrative support, and assisting in the daily functioning of the facilities.</p><p><br></p><ul><li>Performing routine coordination of building-related services and responding to inquiries</li><li>Coordinating inbound and outbound mail, courier, and shipping services</li><li>Maintaining inventories and operational databases (e.g., access cards, ID badges, supplies)</li><li>Supporting building access control and security procedures</li><li>Assisting with room setups, furniture moves, and general logistics</li><li>Participating in site safety inspections and verifying emergency equipment</li><li>Supporting surplus asset disposal, documentation, and logistics</li><li>Greeting and assisting external contractors and non-salaried personnel</li><li>Maintaining filing systems and preparing required reports and documentation</li><li>SAP and Microsoft Office to track activities and records</li></ul><p></p>Browse Jobs in Canada by City
