This role offers the opportunity to work in an agile environment, mentor developers, and deliver high-quality solutions across the full software development lifecycle.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>What You'll Do:</strong></p><ul><li>Own technical design, architecture, and development for Android applications.</li><li>Collaborate with agile teams throughout the software development lifecycle.</li><li>Drive best practices and improve engineering standards.</li><li>Stay ahead of evolving technologies and share expertise with the team.</li><li>Mentor junior and intermediate developers and provide guidance to stakeholders.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>What We're Looking For:</strong></p><ul><li>6+ years of hands-on experience developing Native Android apps using Java/Kotlin.</li><li>Strong background in application design, architecture, and development.</li><li>Experience with RxJava, Coroutines, Dagger, Espresso, JUnit, Jenkins.</li><li>Proven ability to mentor and communicate effectively with technical and business teams.</li><li>Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Preferred:</strong></p><ul><li>8+ years leading full software development lifecycle projects.</li><li>Exposure to AWS or other cloud platforms.</li><li>Experience working in agile environments and methodologies.</li></ul>
