<p>Company Description</p><p>Desa Contracting & Restoration offers comprehensive services in restoration and refurbishment across the GTA. We manage condos, hotels, institutions, and industries to keep properties attractive and expertly handle emergencies, including floods, mold, fires, trauma, and asbestos removal. Our specialties include lobby and hallway refurbishment, building envelope waterproofing, garage and balcony refurbishment, roofing services, electrical infrastructure maintenance, and exterior caulking. We are dedicated to assessing and restoring water, fire, and mold damage.</p><p>Role Description</p><p>This is a full-time on-site role for a Salesperson located in Markham, ON. The Salesperson will be responsible for generating leads, developing relationships with new clients, and maintaining connections with existing clients. Day-to-day tasks will include conducting sales presentations, negotiating contracts, providing customer service, and collaborating with the project management team to ensure client satisfaction.</p><p>Qualifications</p><ul><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Experience in sales and customer service</li><li>Ability to develop and maintain client relationships</li><li>Knowledge of the restoration and refurbishment industry is a plus</li><li>Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team</li><li>Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets</li><li>Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred</li></ul>
