<p><b>Salesforce Technical Lead / Architect</b></p><p><b>Remote - Canada</b></p><p><br></p><p>Mandatory skills- <b>Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Copado</b></p><p><b> </b></p><p><br></p><p> </p><p><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p><p><b> </b></p><ul><li><b>Hands-on delivery</b> of Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and preferably Health Cloud & Marketing Cloud.</li><li>Lead <b>solution design and architecture</b> for CRM implementations, ensuring scalability and compliance with industry standards.</li><li>Drive <b>roadmap planning conversations</b> with business and technical stakeholders.</li><li>Configure and implement <b>Copado DevOps pipelines</b>, CI/CD processes, and deployment strategies.</li><li>Mentor and guide <b>development and QA teams</b> on best practices, design patterns, and quality standards.</li><li>Manage <b>enterprise integrations</b> using MuleSoft, REST/SOAP APIs, and event-driven architectures.</li><li>Oversee <b>data migration plans</b>, ensuring integrity and minimal downtime.</li><li>Prepare <b>technical design documents, governance frameworks</b>, and user guides for long-term sustainability.</li><li>Engage in <b>discovery workshops</b> and translate business requirements into future-state solutions.</li></ul><p> </p><p><b>Required Skills & Experience</b></p><p><b> </b></p><ul><li>6 to 8 years of experience in Salesforce delivery and architecture.</li><li>Strong expertise in <b>Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud</b>; exposure to <b>Health Cloud and Marketing Cloud</b> preferred.</li><li><b>Copado experience</b> for DevOps and deployment automation.</li><li>Proficiency in <b>Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC)</b>, Aura, JavaScript, SOQL.</li><li>Familiarity with <b>ETL tools</b> (Dell Boomi, Talend) and reporting tools (Tableau, Salesforce Dashboards).</li><li>Strong understanding of <b>integration patterns</b> and security standards (OAuth 2.0, SAML, SSO).</li><li>Excellent communication and leadership skills to guide teams and influence stakeholders.</li></ul><p> </p><p><b>Certifications (Preferred)</b></p><p><b> </b></p><ul><li>Salesforce Architect certifications (System, Application, Data, Integration).</li><li>Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I & II.</li><li>Copado certification (nice to have).</li></ul><p></p>Create Your Resume First
