<h3>Job Description</h3><p>Job Description<p>AVANTIER A Premium Custom Optics Manufacturer, is seeking a highly skilled Account Executive with a proven track record in B2B sales to join their expanding sales team.<br><br>This role involves managing the entire sales process, driving revenue growth, and collaborating closely with the sales team, VP of Sales, marketing team, and the CEO.<br><br><strong>Responsibilities:<br /></strong><br><br>As an Account Executive, your primary responsibilities include:<br><br><ul><li>Managing the Full sales cycle process to drive incremental revenue.</li><li>Proactively conducting outbound sourcing, establishing new partnerships, and constructing a resilient sales pipeline to drive sustained growth.</li><li>Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.</li><li>Understanding clients' needs and objectives to provide effective solutions.</li><li>Meeting and exceeding sales targets through proactive selling.</li><li>Identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to capture them.</li><li>Negotiating and closing deals with clients.</li></ul> Consistently meet all monthly and quarterly sales goals.<br><br><strong><span >Skills/Qualifications:</span><br /></strong><br><br>The ideal Account Executive will have:<br><br><ul><li>3+ years of B2B sales success.</li><li>Ability to Cold Call daily, Follow up and Close deals</li><li>Experience in leading presentations and demos with the ability to close</li><li>Experience in attending conferences, trade shows and networking to build relationships</li><li>Experience in managing a long sales cycle from prospect to close</li><li>Generate Outbound as well as handle inbound leads</li><li>Must have GREAT Attitude and be a TEAM player to fit into the company culture</li><li>Proactivity in sourcing new business and managing a robust pipeline.</li><li>Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>This role offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and be part of a vibrant, fast-growing environment.</li></ul><br><br><strong>Education: </strong>Bachelor's degree required, additional certificates are a bonus<br><br> Pay: $90,000 120,000 base salary + Bonus and Commission<br><br><p>Flexible work from home options available.</p></p></p>Create Your Resume First
