We are seeking a Restaurant Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for providing customers with great service in a clean and friendly environment.
Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership/Development: Train and manage supervisors and crew. coordinate activities
- Operational Excellence: Ensure proper food handling, preparation, and enforce food safety procedures. Manage inventory.Oversee and adjust staff schedules to meet restaurant needs
- Customer Service: Oversee guest services and resolve concerns
- Financial Management: Manage and forecast labor and food costs, monitor sales, handle cash and financial reporting.
Qualifications:
- 3 years experience in restaurant management and food service
- Strong leadership qualities
- Proven ability to meet sales and service targets
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
