Responsable des Ressources Humaines Emplacement: Montréal-Est – 100% en présentiel Salaire : 110 000 $ à 125 000 $
Secteur : Manufacturier / Industriel / Transport Tâches principales :
  • Assurer la gestion des relations de travail : premier point de contact pour les enjeux RH, traitement des griefs, enquĂŞtes internes, accompagnement des superviseurs et interprĂ©tation de la convention collective.

  • Promouvoir un climat de travail positif et Ă©quitable, garantir l’application des politiques internes, gĂ©rer les dĂ©parts (entretiens de sortie, documents, communication interne).

  • DĂ©velopper et piloter des programmes de dĂ©veloppement des compĂ©tences, d’engagement des employĂ©s et d’EDI.

  • GĂ©rer l’ensemble du processus de recrutement pour les postes salariĂ©s : affichage, sĂ©lection, entrevues, offres et relations avec les Ă©tablissements d’enseignement.

  • Coordonner l’intĂ©gration des nouveaux employĂ©s et soutenir les gestionnaires dans la gestion de la performance, le coaching et les plans d’action.

  • Participer Ă  la mise en place de formations, analyser les enjeux organisationnels et proposer des solutions.

  • Superviser et optimiser les processus RH du centre de services : dossiers employĂ©s, paie, avantages, congĂ©s, conformitĂ©, programmes de soutien aux employĂ©s, processus d’embauche et de dĂ©part.

  • Encadrer l’équipe RH, Ă©tablir des objectifs, assurer leur dĂ©veloppement et favoriser un environnement de travail respectueux et inclusif.
  • Exigences :
  • BaccalaurĂ©at en administration, comportement organisationnel, ressources humaines ou expĂ©rience Ă©quivalente.

  • Minimum 5 ans d’expĂ©rience gĂ©nĂ©raliste en RH, idĂ©alement en milieu syndiquĂ© (manufacturier ou similaire).

  • ExpĂ©rience en supervision, un atout.

  • Excellente maĂ®trise du français et de l’anglais.

  • Très bonnes compĂ©tences informatiques (Suite Microsoft Office) et expĂ©rience avec un ATS, un plus.

  • CapacitĂ© dĂ©montrĂ©e Ă  gĂ©rer les conflits, influencer et communiquer efficacement Ă  tous les niveaux.

  • Solides compĂ©tences en organisation, gestion du temps, rĂ©solution de problèmes et service Ă  la clientèle.

  • DiscrĂ©tion professionnelle et capacitĂ© Ă  gĂ©rer de l’information confidentielle.

  • Aptitude Ă  travailler dans un environnement dynamique et parfois ambigu, en autonomie.

    Salary: $110,000 to $125,000
    Industry: Transportation & industrial manufacturing sector Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage labour relations: act as the first point of contact for HR issues, handle grievances, conduct internal investigations, support supervisors, and interpret the collective agreement.

  • Promote a positive and fair workplace culture, ensure proper application of internal policies, and manage employee departures (exit interviews, documentation, internal communication).

  • Develop and lead programs focused on skills development, employee engagement, and DEI initiatives.

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle for salaried positions: postings, screening, interviews, offers, and partnerships with educational institutions.

  • Coordinate onboarding for new employees and support managers with performance management, coaching, and action plans.

  • Contribute to training initiatives, analyze organizational challenges, and recommend solutions.

  • Oversee and optimize HR service center processes: employee files, payroll, benefits, leaves, compliance, employee assistance programs, hiring and offboarding.

  • Supervise the HR team, set objectives, support their development, and foster a respectful and inclusive work environment.
  • Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Organizational Behaviour, Human Resources, or equivalent experience.

  • Minimum 5 years of generalist HR experience, ideally in a unionized environment (manufacturing or similar).

  • Supervisory experience is an asset.

  • Excellent command of French and English.

  • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite) and experience with an ATS is an asset.

  • Proven ability to manage conflicts, influence, and communicate effectively at all levels.

  • Strong organizational, time management, problem-solving, and customer service skills.

  • Professional discretion and ability to handle confidential information.

  • Ability to work independently in a dynamic and sometimes ambiguous environment.

  • Availability for occasional travel and ability to operate safely in an industrial environment.
