<p>Position:<br>Regional Business Development Manager – Maritimes (Remote<br>)</p><p>Salary:<br>up to 130K</p><p>Location:<br><em>Halifax, Nova Scotia (remote or hybrid) – candidates in Dartmouth or Moncton will also be considered</em></p><p>Our client, a well-established organization in the<br>construction and infrastructure industry<br>, is seeking a<br>Regional Business Development Manager<br>to drive sales and business growth across the<br>Maritimes region (Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, and Newfoundland & Labrador)<br>. This is a remote position ideal for a strategic, results-driven professional with strong industry knowledge and relationship-building expertise.</p><p>Key Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve growth targets.</li><li>Build and maintain strong client relationships and ensure high satisfaction.</li><li>Identify new business opportunities through proactive market research.</li><li>Lead bid and tender processes, preparing proposals and quotations.</li><li>Represent the company at client meetings, trade shows, and industry events.</li><li>Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions.</li></ul><p>Qualifications:</p><ul><li>7+ years of sales or business development experience in the construction sector.</li><li>Proven track record achieving sales targets and securing new business.</li><li>Strong understanding of tendering, bidding, and project processes.</li><li>Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.</li><li>Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office; bilingualism (English/French) is an asset.</li></ul><p>Why Apply:</p><p>Join a respected industry leader and play a key role in expanding its presence across the Maritimes.
