This is a great opportunity for professionals with 5+ years of property accounting experience and strong Yardi skills to contribute to a fast-paced team. </p><br><br><p>Key Responsibilities:</p><ul><li> Prepare monthly/quarterly reporting: cash flow, financials, AR</li><li> Develop and maintain property budgets and forecasts</li><li> Perform GL and bank reconciliations</li><li> Handle CAM and Property Tax reconciliations</li><li> Review leases for billing accuracy and data setup</li><li> Support financial audits and file HST/QST returns</li><li>Recommend process improvements for reporting and operations</li></ul><p></p><p></p><p></p><p>TMGCT</p><br><br><ul><li>5+ years of experience in property accounting</li><li>Proven financial analytical skills</li><li>Advanced MS Excel skills and proficiency with MS Word and Outlook</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues and clients</li><li>Excellent time management and organizational skills and the ability to manage conflicting priorities within structured deadlines and deliverables</li><li>Experience with Yardi and/or Spectra computer systems an asset</li></ul><p></p></p></p>
