Project Coordinator – Vaughan, ON
Full-Time | Monday to Friday | On-Site
$65,000–$75,000 + Profit Share Bonus

What You’ll Do
- Support project managers and sales teams with order coordination, scheduling, and documentation
- Create, update, and track project files, quotes, and purchase orders
- Liaise with vendors, customers, and internal departments to ensure on-time delivery of materials
- Coordinate project status updates, troubleshoot issues, and maintain accurate records
- Assist with billing, reporting, and general administrative support
- Maintain strong customer relationships through responsive and solutions-oriented service
- Experience in project coordination, supply chain, or related administrative support roles
- Knowledge of electrical, industrial, or construction-related products (an asset but not required)
- Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Proficiency with MS Office; ERP experience is an asset
- Detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills
- A team-first attitude and commitment to customer service
- Salary: $65,000–$75,000 based on experience
- Profit share bonus program
- Monday–Friday in-office schedule
