Project Manager for Digital / Web

Job Description

<p>We're looking for a Project Manager based in Toronto with a <b>strong foundation in website design and digital delivery</b>, who can lead web projects end-to-end while working closely with designers, developers, and clients. This role is best suited for someone who understands how websites are actually conceived, designed, built, and evolved - not necessarily someone managing timelines in isolation.</p><p>You'll own projects from discovery through launch and beyond, translating design and UX thinking into practical execution while guiding internal teams to deliver high-quality, scalable digital solutions.</p><p><br></p><p>What you'll do</p><ul><li>Partner with clients to define business objectives, requirements, and project scope</li><li>Plan, prioritize, and manage deliverables and resources across multiple projects</li><li>Own the creation and management of:</li><li>Statements of Work (SOWs)</li><li>Collaborate with our designer to craft personas and information architecture for each new website</li><li>Detailed project plans with milestones and dependencies</li><li>Functional requirements, user stories, and development sprints</li><li>Project estimates in collaboration with the delivery team</li><li>Manage client expectations and scope, including leading weekly status calls on larger projects</li><li>Oversee internal team resourcing, scheduling, and time tracking</li><li>Communicate project status, risks, and progress clearly to clients and internal stakeholders</li><li>Plan and execute Pre Design (personas and IA), QA, testing, and client training activities</li><li>Share and help implement project management best practices across the organization</li><li>Establish and document processes to improve delivery efficiency and consistency</li><li>Support post-launch account management and long-term client relationships</li><li>Assist with sales efforts, including demos and acting as a CMS subject-matter expert</li></ul><p>Skills & experience</p><ul><li>2-4+ years of project management experience in web development, ideally within a digital agency</li><li>Hands-on experience managing multiple web projects involving CMS platforms (Kentico and/or WordPress preferred)</li><li>Proven ability to deliver complex website and CMS integration projects on time and on budget</li><li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with a solid understanding of web development workflows</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Proficiency with project management tools, ideally <b>JIRA</b></li><li>Positive, collaborative team player with a solution-oriented mindset</li></ul><p><br></p><p>We are currently all working remotely 2 days a week and in the Toronto office 3 days a week. </p><p>If this sounds like you then send your resume to to get the ball rolling.</p>
