<h3>Job Description</h3><p>Job Description<p><p>Position Summary<p>The Project Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management of institutional and commercial construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. This role ensures projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with contractual and quality standards.</p>Key Responsibilities<ul><li><p>Manage all phases of construction projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout</p></li><li><p>Coordinate with owners, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams</p></li><li><p>Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cash flow forecasts</p></li><li><p>Review contracts, drawings, and specifications to ensure compliance</p></li><li><p>Manage subcontractor procurement, contracts, change orders, and payments</p></li><li><p>Monitor site progress in collaboration with the Site Superintendent</p></li><li><p>Ensure adherence to health & safety regulations and company policies</p></li><li><p>Lead project meetings and provide regular reporting to senior management</p></li><li><p>Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies</p></li></ul>Qualifications & Experience<ul><li><p>5+ years of experience as a Project Manager with a General Contractor</p></li><li><p>Experience delivering institutional and/or commercial projects</p></li><li><p>Strong understanding of construction contracts, schedules, and cost control</p></li><li><p>Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project)</p></li><li><p>Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills</p></li><li><p>Post-secondary education in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field</p></li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li><p>Competitive compensation and benefits</p></li><li><p>Opportunity to work on complex, high-profile projects</p></li><li><p>Supportive team environment with growth potential</p></li></ul></p></p></p>
