<p><h3>Overview</h3><p>Product Owner – eCommerce</p><p>Part time 12-18 month Term with Extension Possibility</p><h3>Role Description</h3><p>Reporting to the Director of Digital Marketing and eCommerce, the eCommerce Product Owner drives the delivery of Kal Tire’s retail eCommerce (B2C) roadmap.</p><p>This role works closely with cross-functional teams to optimize and enhance features to improve the online customer journey, digital shopping experience.</p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Acts a Product Owner for customer facing websites, working closely with members of the marketing and digital solutions teams to manage the roadmap for both websites.</li><li>Ensure user experience and content are optimized to maximize conversion goals with a specific emphasis on user experience.</li><li>Working with our digital marketing analyst to ensure tagging, site tracking and pixels are properly implemented for performance measurement and analytics reporting.</li><li>Attends scrum, backlog grooming and refinement and sprint planning meetings.</li><li>Ensures backlog is groomed, working with the Director of eCommerce on roadmap and backlog prioritization.</li><li>Collaborate cross-functionally with stores, products, customer service, supply chain team members on operational enhancements and issues.</li><li>Manages KalTire.com content (beyond retail eCommerce), by working closely with other Kal Tire stakeholders (commercial, human resources, communications, information services primarily) and digital agencies.</li></ul><h3>Work Experience</h3><ul><li>3–5 years of product owner / management experience, preferably in ecommerce or digital retail with demonstrated results.</li><li>Experienced managing a digital product roadmap, managing a backlog, and following a hybrid-agile methodology.</li></ul><h3>Knowledge, Skills and Abilities</h3><ul><li>Experienced working in an eCommerce platform and core experiences (homepage, PLP, PDP, cart and checkout) (preferably Salesforce Commerce Cloud B2C)</li><li>Strong understanding of online shopping CX, UX/UI design principles.</li><li>Collaborate with UX/UI designers, developers, and business stakeholders to define product requirements and user stories.</li><li>Ability to translate business objectives into actionable user stories, product briefs, and acceptance criteria.</li><li>Effective business analytical and interpretive skills to analyze customer data and site metrics to identify opportunities for enhancement.</li><li>Familiar with using GA4 and Looker Studio</li><li>Digital marketing experience is considered an asset.</li></ul><h3>Education</h3><ul><li>An undergraduate diploma or degree in marketing, technology or business discipline.</li><li>Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification is preferred.</li></ul><h3>What We Offer</h3><ul><li>The target salary range for this position is $$35.07 to $61.17 per hour based on experience.</li><li>Positive work culture, opportunities for growth and development, and work-life balance.</li></ul></p>
