To be mutually agreed upon </strong></p><p><br /></p><p><strong>Compensation: </strong></p><p><strong>As employee: $43–$53/hour (compensation depends on experience, education, and internal equity)</strong></p><p><strong>As contractor: competitive fee split </strong></p><p><br /></p><p><strong>Start Date: </strong></p><p><strong>Flexible</strong></p><p><br /></p><p><strong>About the Opportunity: </strong></p><p>Back in Motion is excited to welcome dynamic and motivated Physiotherapists to join our clinical team across various clinics in the Surrey area. <strong>Whether you&#39;re looking to supplement your primary employment, or looking for expand your practice in other clinical areas, or enjoy flexible shifts, this model offers you the freedom to choose when and where you work.</strong> Simply share your availability and preferred locations, and we’ll match you with suitable shifts in our clinics. </p><p><br /></p><p><strong>Why Join Us? </strong></p><ul><li>Collaborate with a diverse, multi-disciplinary team including Occupational Therapists, Physicians, Kinesiologists, <span >Psychologists/Clinical</span> Counsellors, and Case Managers. </li><li>Expand your practice by taking on short-term or as-needed shifts in WSBC and Private Pay services. </li><li>Work in a supportive environment that values continuous learning and professional growth. </li></ul><p><br /></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities: </strong></p><p><strong>WSBC Programs:</strong></p><ul><li>Work in a multi-disciplinary clinical setting which includes Occupational Therapists, Physicians, Kinesiologists, <span >Psychologists/Clinical</span> Counselors and Case Managers</li><li>Conduct clinical assessments and develop personalized treatment plans for clients </li><li>Monitor and evaluate client progress regularly </li><li>Communicate effectively with referral sources and stakeholders </li><li>Additional duties as assigned  </li></ul><p><br /></p><p><strong>Qualifications & Skills: </strong></p><ul><li>Registered Physiotherapist with the College of Health and Care Professionals of BC </li><li>Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in rehabilitation or return-to-work services </li><li>Experience in a multidisciplinary clinical setting is preferred </li><li>Proficiency in evidence-based assessment and rehabilitation for musculoskeletal injuries </li><li>Strong clinical, interpersonal, and organizational skills </li><li>Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and deliver exceptional customer service </li><li>Interest in vocational rehabilitation and continuous professional growth</li><li>Vehicle is essential</li></ul><p><br /></p><p>Join us and make a meaningful impact while enjoying the flexibility you need! </p><p><br /></p><p>Interested?
