Job Description
<p><p>The PET-CT Services Manager will lead the operational delivery, development, and performance of static, relocatable, and mobile PET-CT services across the UK.</p><h3>Responsibilities</h3>
<ul>
<li>Lead and manage PET-CT services across multiple sites, ensuring high standards of clinical care, operational efficiency, and patient satisfaction.</li>
<li>Oversee budgets, KPIs, and contractual obligations, driving both performance and profitability.</li>
<li>Provide clinical leadership, ensuring compliance with CQC, IR(ME)R, IRR, ARSAC, and other regulatory standards.</li>
<li>Develop and motivate multidisciplinary teams, supporting recruitment, induction, training, and professional development.</li>
<li>Build and maintain strong relationships with NHS Trusts, commissioners, private providers, and internal stakeholders.</li>
<li>Lead service development initiatives, clinical governance, audit activities, and patient experience improvement programs.</li>
<li>Support business development opportunities and strategic planning for PET-CT services.</li>
</ul>
<h3>Qualifications</h3>
<ul>
<li>Clinical background in PET-CT with confidence and credibility to lead at senior level.</li>
<li>Proven experience leading complex, multi-site healthcare services across the NHS and independent sector.</li>
<li>Strong operational and commercial acumen, managing budgets and delivering against financial targets.</li>
<li>Collaborative, calm, and decisive leadership style, especially in complex or high-pressure environments.</li>
<li>Excellent communication skills, translating strategy into practical, deliverable plans.</li>
<li>Experience working within regulatory frameworks including CQC, IR(ME)R, IRR, ARSAC and related standards.</li>
</ul>
<h3>Salary and Location</h3>
<p>Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 + company or car allowance. Location: Home-based with national travel, 37.5 hours per week.</p>
