<h3>Job Description</h3><p>Job Description<p><p>The People & Culture Generalist is responsible for supporting the full range of People & Culture functions, ensuring a positive, engaging, and compliant workplace. This role provides guidance and hands-on support in areas such as recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, training, and policy administration. Working closely with leaders and employees across the organization, the People & Culture Generalist helps foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. </p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><p><strong>Employee Experience & Engagement</strong></p><ul><li>Support the development and implementation of initiatives that promote employee engagement, wellness, and recognition.</li><li>Provide guidance to employees and managers on company policies, procedures, and programs to ensure consistency and fairness.</li><li>Assist in resolving employee relations issues by conducting investigations, documenting findings, and recommending solutions as needed.</li><li>Contribute to building and maintaining a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture.</li></ul><p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong>Recruitment, Onboarding & Development</strong></p><ul><li>Manage or support the full-cycle recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening applicants, and coordinating interviews.</li><li>Facilitate onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a seamless transition for new employees.</li><li>Support performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback, and development planning.</li><li>Coordinate learning and development initiatives and track employee participation and progress.</li></ul><p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong>People & Culture Operations & Compliance</strong></p><ul><li>Maintain accurate and confidential employee records in HRIS and other systems.</li><li>Administer employee benefits, leaves of absence, and other programs in accordance with company policies and legislation.</li><li>Ensure compliance with employment laws, health and safety regulations, and internal policies.</li><li>Assist with People & Culture reporting, metrics, and continuous improvement of People & Culture processes.</li></ul><p></p></p></p>
