<li>Process end-to-end Canadian payroll for 5,000+ employees across multiple provinces and union contracts</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with all provincial and federal payroll legislation, policies, and government reporting requirements</li>
<li>Manage and reconcile payroll-related accounts and support accounting procedures as required</li>
<li>Administer taxable benefits, pension plans, and related reporting</li>
<li>Collaborate with HR, Finance, and external partners to ensure accuracy and timeliness of payroll processing</li>
<li>Support audits, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives within payroll operations</li> <p>TMGCT</p> <p><p><b>Job Requirements:</b></p></p> <p>Must-Have Qualifications:</p>
<li>3+ years of hands-on Canadian payroll experience</li>
<li>Experience processing large payrolls (5,000+ employees) across multiple provinces and union environments</li>
<li>Completed or currently pursuing PCP or PLP designation through the Canadian Payroll Association</li>
<li>Extensive knowledge of Canadian payroll administration, taxable benefits, and pension practices</li>
<li>Strong understanding of multi-jurisdictional payroll and compliance requirements (union and non-union)</li>
<li>Proficiency with SAP HR/Finance and ADP payroll systems</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail, analytical ability, and organizational skills</li> Apply
