Operations & Support Analyst

Job Description

CGI is looking for an Operations and Support Analyst.<br><br>The responsibilities of the operation and support analyst include, but are not limited to, the following:<ul><li>Support users of regulatory reporting and trading applications.</li><li>Monitor processes and infrastructure.</li><li>The resolution, tracking, and documentation of incidents and requests.</li><li>Communicate with users and other teams.</li><li>Participate in Change Management / Release Management (CMRM) processes.</li><li>Contribute to development projects within an agile team.</li><li>Execute quality, non-regression, and post-deployment tests.</li><li>Contribute to the continuous improvement of our applications, our operations infrastructure, our processes, and our documentation.</li><li>Conduct data analysis for our users or for improvement purposes.</li></ul>
<br>Profile:<ul><li>Experience in a support role and operations in a complex information systems environment.</li><li>University degree in computer science or relevant field.</li><li>Experience in a financial environment considered a plus.</li></ul>
<br>Skills:<ul><li>Ability to work with complex information systems.</li><li>Ability to structure, document, and share knowledge.</li><li>Written and oral autonomy in English.</li><li>Familiarity with monitoring and job scheduling concepts.</li><li>Familiarity with incident resolution and request handling.</li><li>Familiarity with the ITIL framework considered a plus.</li><li>Basic financial / capital market knowledge considered a plus.</li></ul>
