Role: Operations Manager
Location: Markham, ON (4 days in-office, work from home Fridays)

Our client, a fast-growing start-up in the banking and financial services sector, is seeking a motivated and highly organized Executive Assistant to join their dynamic team. This is an exceptional entry-level opportunity to gain hands-on experience, work directly with senior executives, and grow into leadership roles within operations or senior management.

What You’ll Do:
- Manage and streamline day-to-day operations to keep the company running smoothly.
- Provide direct support to founders/executives through calendar management, travel coordination, meeting prep, and correspondence.
- Build processes and systems that improve efficiency across the business.
- Act as the go-to person for problem-solving, handling everything from big-picture planning to detailed execution.
- Partner with leadership on strategic projects and ensure company goals are tracked and achieved.
- Adapt and thrive as a generalist — comfortable taking on a wide variety of tasks as the company evolves.
- 3+ years of experience in operations, administration, or executive support (start-up experience a strong plus).
- Ambitious, entrepreneurial, and eager to grow with the company.
- A true Jack/Jill of all trades — resourceful and versatile.
- Loyal, dependable, and highly organized.
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Coachable, open to feedback, and always looking to learn.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
