We’re looking for a proactive and organized Administrator to provide administrative support for one of our clients located in Burlington. This role offers:

Your Key Responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Providing administrative support to the team including: research (services, software solutions, price comparisons etc), analysis and preparing reports of findings, assist with special projects and process improvement initiatives
- Assist with new account setups and ensuring forms are completed properly
- Processing refunds, payments, and other financial transactions
- Preparing various weekly reports
- Responding to emails and phone calls in a timely manner
- Perform ad-hoc activities and project support as required
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 3+ years’ experience working in an administrative role
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Strong attention to detail and initiative
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
