We’re looking for a motivated professional with strong troubleshooting skills and a passion for continuous improvement.</p><p><b><strong>What You’ll Do:</strong></b></p><ul><li>Perform <b><strong>preventive and corrective maintenance</strong></b> on packaging & production equipment</li><li><b><strong>Diagnose and repair</strong></b> mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues</li><li>Work with <b><strong>electrical systems, PLCs, sensors, and automation controls</strong></b> (if certified)</li><li>Minimize downtime while maintaining high <b><strong>safety and GMP standards</strong></b></li><li>Keep detailed <b><strong>maintenance logs and documentation</strong></b></li><li>Assist with <b><strong>equipment installations, upgrades</strong></b>, and process improvements</li><li>Collaborate with production teams to solve recurring technical problems</li><li>Maintain a <b><strong>clean, organized, and compliant</strong></b> work environment</li></ul><p>✅ <b><strong>What You Bring:</strong></b></p><ul><li>3–5 years of industrial maintenance experience (<b><strong>packaging or manufacturing preferred</strong></b>)</li><li><b><strong>433A Millwright License</strong></b> (preferred or in progress)</li><li>Strong <b><strong>mechanical troubleshooting</strong></b> abilities</li><li>Experience with <b><strong>conveyors, fillers, sealers</strong></b>, and automated lines</li><li>Ability to read and interpret <b><strong>blueprints, schematics, and manuals</strong></b></li><li><span >Welding/fabrication</span> experience is a <b><strong>plus</strong></b></li><li>Effective communication and teamwork skills</li><li>Flexibility to work <b><strong>shifts and overtime</strong></b> when required</li></ul></p></p>
