The ideal candidate will possess in-depth expertise in the <b>nCino Bank Operating System</b> and its seamless integration with <b>Salesforce</b>. This role requires close collaboration with business and technical stakeholders to <b>implement, customize, and optimize nCino solutions</b> that support key banking operations and enhance overall efficiency.</p><p><br></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></p><p><b>Implementation and Customization</b></p><ul><li>Lead the <b>implementation of nCino solutions</b> in alignment with organizational requirements.</li><li><b>Customize and configure nCino applications</b> to improve functionality, user experience, and process effectiveness.</li><li>Manage core nCino features such as <b>loan origination, deposit account opening, and customer relationship management (CRM)</b>.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>Integration and System Maintenance</b></p><ul><li><b>Integrate nCino with Salesforce and other third-party platforms</b> to ensure seamless data flow and process automation.</li><li>Conduct <b>regular maintenance, updates, and troubleshooting</b> to maintain peak system performance.</li><li>Develop and maintain comprehensive <b>system documentation</b>, including configuration details, workflows, and operational procedures.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>Process Optimization and Continuous Improvement</b></p><ul><li>Evaluate existing <b>banking and financial processes</b> to identify areas for enhancement using nCino capabilities.</li><li>Collaborate with business teams to <b>streamline workflows, increase automation, and enhance operational efficiency</b>.</li><li>Monitor <b>system usage, performance, and user feedback</b> to drive continuous improvement of the nCino platform.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>Project Management</b></p><ul><li>Manage <b>nCino-related projects</b> from planning through delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.</li><li>Partner with <b>cross-functional teams</b> to ensure successful implementation and business adoption of solutions.</li></ul><p></p>
