<p><b>The Organization:</b></p><p>My client is the fastest growing network of independent restoration contractors in Canada.</p><p>They provide high quality 24/7 emergency response, restoration and specialty services to the insurance industry, residential, commercial, institutional and industrial customers.</p><p><br></p><p><b>Primary Role and Responsibilities will include:</b></p><p><b>Membership Support & Development</b></p><ul><li>Regular communication with existing members on matters directly affecting their operations</li><li>Identify new members using established membership development methodology and criteria</li><li>Identify and coordinate regional membership networking opportunities</li><li>Coordinate and/or provide member training</li><li>Attend, plan/coordinate national and regional meetings with members</li><li>Contribute material for internal communications</li></ul><p><b>Communication & Reporting</b></p><ul><li>Submit monthly, quarterly and annual reports</li><li>Attend national marketing committee and annual member meetings</li><li>Documentation of sales activities</li></ul><p><b>Budget & Marketing Plan</b></p><ul><li>Hire a Business Development Manager and assist with the development of an annual marketing plan and budget</li><li>Assist in implementing marketing plan initiatives while maintaining expenses within an allocated budget</li><li>Keep abreast of changes within the industry, including customers and competition</li></ul><p><b>Development of New and Existing Accounts</b></p><ul><li>Identify account opportunities and maintain a high degree of sales activity</li><li>Help promote services nationally</li><li>Report activities and milestones on a regular basis</li></ul><p><b>Marketing Support</b></p><ul><li>Attend regional and national trade shows</li><li>Promote and coordinate attendance at trade shows, seminars and regional meetings as necessary</li><li>Assist with RFI / RFP responses</li><li>Assist with national catastrophic response plan and procedures</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>Skills and Qualifications:</b></p><ul><li>Enjoys working in a fast-paced, competitive environment</li><li>Exceptional communication skills: written, verbal and presentation</li><li>High attention to detail with a focus on fact-based decision making</li><li>5+ years of experience in the Insurance or Property Restoration Industry is an asset but not a requirement</li><li>Social media experience</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>What They Offer</b></p><ul><li>Competitive base salary of $100,000 - $120,000, plus package.</li><li>Flexible work arrangements (remote or hybrid).</li><li>Opportunity to shape a national platform supporting independent businesses.</li><li>Entrepreneurial culture with room for growth and innovation.</li></ul><p></p>Create Your Resume First
