Job Title: Millwright / Mechanic (Night Shift)

What We Offer
Wage: $39.02/hour + $2.75/hour night shift premium
Schedule: Night Shift – Wednesday, Thursday, Friday (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
Must be available for emergency call-ins and overtime

What You’ll Do
Repair, modify, or replace machine parts to maintain production capacity
Inspect and lubricate equipment and identify future maintenance needs
Perform equipment changeovers, setups, and adjustments
Participate in safety meetings and contribute to safety action plans
Support major projects, installations, and start-ups
Read and interpret drawings and schematics to determine spare parts requirements
Maintain a safe and clean work area and follow all safety procedures
Respond to off-hours maintenance needs as required
Supervise outside contractors on-site
What We’re Looking For
1–3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment (corrugated, printing, or packaging is an asset)
Interprovincial Red Seal Millwright preferred
Welding experience considered an asset
Strong understanding of safety procedures
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
Must have own tools
Ability to work professionally under pressure and meet deadlines
