BDO is a firm built on positive relationships, offering an award‑winning people‑first culture and opportunities for professional growth.</p><h3>Your Opportunity</h3><p>BDO Digital is looking for a senior consultant to join our Dynamics F&O practice. The role is a net‑new hire, location flexible within Canada.</p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Act as a trusted advisor to external customers and BDO project teams in support of client ERP implementations.</li><li>Lead larger projects where multiple consultants are engaged, mentoring and guiding junior team members.</li><li>Analyze customer business needs and objectives, providing in‑depth application expertise in targeted business areas.</li><li>Streamline customer business processes to achieve greater ROI within the Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations suite.</li><li>Provide training to client staff for day‑to‑day activities supporting ERP implementations.</li></ul><h3>How do we define success for your role?</h3><ul><li>Demonstrate BDO’s core values: Integrity, Respect, Collaboration.</li><li>Understand your client’s industry, challenges, and opportunities; be perceived as positive, professional, and high‑quality.</li><li>Identify, recommend, and focus on effective service delivery.</li><li>Contribute to an inclusive and engaging work environment, supporting talent development.</li><li>Adopt digital tools and strategies to drive innovation.</li><li>Grow your expertise through learning and professional development.</li></ul><h3>Your Experience And Education</h3><ul><li>Minimum 3+ years of consulting experience with Dynamics 365 F&O, strong expertise in Finance functional area.</li><li>Full‑cycle ERP implementation experience and comprehensive understanding of ERP applications.</li><li>Knowledge of other functional areas such as Trade & Logistics, Sales, or Talent/Human Resources (preferred).</li><li>Dynamics 365 F&O/AX certifications in relevant disciplines considered.</li><li>Experience supporting ISVs and with SKG.</li><li>Extensive functional knowledge: General Ledger, AP/AR, Fixed Assets, Multi‑business and Multi‑currency management.</li><li>Knowledge of Budgeting, Project Budgeting, Project Accounting.</li><li>Process analysis, redesign, documentation experience.</li><li>Functional design, configuration, and process alignment with deep understanding of Financial System concepts.</li><li>Self‑motivated, articulate, able to inspire audiences.</li></ul><h3>Why BDO?</h3><p>BDO offers a people‑first environment, recognition as Canada’s Top 100 Employers for 2025, and the opportunity to contribute to community initiatives.
