Leverage your expertise in mechanical and electrical engineering to perform and coordinate comprehensive testing procedures, ensuring compliance with rigorous standards.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong><ul><li>Design and write detailed test procedures based on system requirements and test flow.</li><li>Coordinate test approvals and ensure compliance with internal and external standards.</li><li>Execute environmental tests, including vibration, thermal, and shock testing.</li><li>Operate and maintain test equipment such as shaker tables, vibration tables, thermal chambers, and TVAC systems.</li><li>Analyze test data using tools like LabVIEW and MATLAB to validate performance and identify anomalies.</li><li>Monitor soak times and ensure accurate thermal cycling and vibration profiles.</li><li>Troubleshoot test setups and mitigate risks during execution.</li><li>Maintain organized documentation and ensure punctual delivery of test results.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine test strategies and improve processes.</li></ul><strong>Essential Skills</strong><ul><li>Experience performing mechanical testing in a R&D lab or manufacturing environment.</li><li>Proficiency in environmental testing, including vibration and thermal testing.</li><li>Hands-on experience with LabVIEW or MATLAB Simulink.</li><li>Ability to create and execute test procedures and plans.</li><li>Strong analytical skills for interpreting test data.</li></ul><strong>Additional Skills & Qualifications</strong><ul><li>Degree in <span >Mechanical/Electrical</span> Engineering Technology or equivalent.</li><li>Experience operating vibration, static structural, and thermal test equipment.</li><li>Experience writing environmental testing procedures and test reports.</li><li>Ability to interpret mechanical and electrical drawings.</li><li>Experience navigating technical discussions with engineering teams.</li></ul><strong>Work Environment</strong></p><p>The role requires regular 40-hour work weeks, primarily in-office five days a week, with some flexibility for remote work under special project circumstances. Core working hours are from 9 AM to 3 PM. The dress code is business casual, aiming to match the professionalism of our clients during meetings.
