We’re hiring an experienced <strong>Marketing Manager</strong> with <strong>promotional products industry</strong> expertise—someone fluent in <strong>SAGE </strong>and<strong> ASI/ESP</strong> platforms and who can turn great ideas into campaigns that build client relationships and drive revenue.</p><p> </p><p><strong>About Us</strong></p><p>Since 1998, we’ve blended artistry and technology (known for our 3D subsurface laser engraving) to create amazing branding and recognition pieces. We’re a <strong>small, collaborative team</strong>, so you’ll have room to <strong>showcase ideas, own strategy end-to-end, and see your work make a visible impact</strong>—with products crafted in Canada and distributed across North America and beyond.</p><p> </p><p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Own the plan:</strong> Build and execute an annual marketing plan that increases <strong>brand awareness, qualified leads, and distributor engagement</strong>.</li><li><strong>Run multi-channel campaigns:</strong> Email, digital, social, and trade shows—concept through post-campaign analysis.</li><li><strong>Maximize SAGE/ASI: </strong>Optimize listings, keywords, imagery, and categories to boost <strong>search ranking and conversions, </strong>as well as pay per click campaigns</li><li><strong>Create standout collateral:</strong> Catalogs, sell sheets, landing pages, case studies, and video snippets that help distributors win end-user projects.</li><li><strong>Trade show leadership:</strong> Plan pre/during/post-show campaigns; manage booth assets and logistics for trade shows (~2-4 per year).</li><li><strong>Own web & social:</strong> Keep site content fresh, publish product launches, and drive consistent, brand-true social presence.</li><li><strong>Prove it with data:</strong> Track KPIs (open/click, MQLs/SQLs, pipeline influenced, cost per lead) and report clear insights.</li><li><strong>Cross-functional glue:</strong> Partner with Sales, Design, and Production so messaging and timelines stay tight.</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>What You Bring</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Required:</strong> Promotional products industry experience.</li><li><strong>Required:</strong> Proficiency with <strong>SAGE</strong> and <strong>ASI/ESP</strong> platforms.</li><li><strong>Required:</strong> Written and oral fluency in English</li><li>5+ years in B2B marketing with hands-on campaign management, content creation, and basic analytics.</li><li>Excellent writing, editing, and project management skills.</li><li>Experience with <strong>email marketing</strong> (e.g., Moosend) and <strong>CMS</strong> <span >(WordPress/Shopify).</span></li><li>Creative eye for layout and visuals; comfortable briefing designers or creating assets.</li><li><strong>Self-directed</strong>, deadline-driven, and KPI-focused.</li><li><strong>Nice to have:</strong> <span >Photography/videography</span> skills.</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>What Success Looks Like (30/60/90)</strong></p><ul><li><strong>30 days:</strong> Audit SAGE/ASI presence, current campaigns, and assets; propose a 90-day plan with KPI targets.</li><li><strong>60 days:</strong> Launch 2–3 distributor-focused campaigns and refresh top SAGE/ASI listings to improve discoverability.</li><li><strong>90 days:</strong> Show measurable lift in lead volume/quality and a clear pipeline influence report for Sales.</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>Why Join Crystal Sensations</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Lead the function:</strong> Real ownership to <strong>revamp and run</strong> the marketing engine for a well-established brand.</li><li><strong>Create and ship:</strong> Tight-knit, low-bureaucracy team where <strong>your ideas move fast</strong>.</li><li><strong>Great exposure:</strong> Collaborate with prestigious clients and distributor networks across North America.</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>Job Type:</strong> Full-time<br /><strong>Schedule:</strong> Monday to Friday<br /><strong>Experience:</strong> Marketing (5 years preferred); Promotional Products Industry (required)<br /><strong>Work Location:</strong> (Markham, ON) (On-site with some Hybrid)</p><p><strong>Compensation</strong>: $48,000 - $55,000 annual base salary + KPI-based bonuses</p><p> </p></p>Company Description<p>Since 1998, we’ve blended artistry and technology (known for our 3D subsurface laser engraving) to create amazing branding and recognition pieces.
