Role Overview
NetDynamic Inc. is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Intern to support our marketing and lead generation initiatives. This position is designed for a high-potential individual who wishes to gain hands-on experience in B2B SaaS marketing and enterprise software consulting. The incumbent will provide operational support to the leadership team, assisting in the execution of campaigns that drive awareness for our ERP solutions and our proprietary ATS360 product.
Duration: Four (4) months, with the possibility of extension based on performance and organizational needs. You MUST be an active student for being considered for this role and also a Canadien Citizen.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Support: Assist in the execution of marketing initiatives to promote core service lines, including NetSuite Implementation, Optimization, and Managed Support.
ATS360 Product Support: Contribute to lead generation efforts for ATS360, the only native NetSuite recruitment solution, through digital outreach and database management.
Content Assistance: Collaborate with technical experts and CPAs to draft and format high-quality case studies and technical documentation concerning Order to Cash (O2C), Procure to Pay (P2P), and Record to Report (R2R).
Market Research: Conduct ongoing industry analysis and competitive benchmarking to identify emerging trends within the mid-market B2B sector.
Collateral Maintenance: Organize and update marketing collateral to ensure all materials accurately reflect current system capabilities and client Return on Investment (ROI).
Cross-Functional Coordination: Support Solutions Consultants and Sales Engineers in preparing presentations and materials for prospective clients.
Required Qualifications
Educational Status: Recent graduate (within the past 18 months) with a University or College degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
Technical Aptitude: A demonstrated ability to rapidly master complex enterprise software concepts and translate technical information into professional communication.
Communication Excellence: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; the incumbent must be capable of interacting professionally with senior leadership.
Learning Agility: A proven track record of being a "quick study" regarding new systems and professional service methodologies.
