Our clients include industry leading organizations who partner with us to be an extension of their HR & Recruitment function.</p><p></p><p><strong>Position</strong>: Manufacturing Engineer.</p><p><strong>Location: </strong>Orillia, ON. </p><p><strong>Salary: </strong>$100,000 - $120,000 per year (depending on experience and qualifications).</p><p><strong>Industry: </strong>Manufacturing/EH&S/Manufacturing <span >Engineer/Industrial.</span></p><p><strong>Employment Term: </strong>Full-time/Permanent.</p><p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong>Roles & Responsibilities</strong>:</p><ul><li>Develop, plan and improve safe manufacturing processes in the plant.</li><li>Design, implement, and maintain safety standards to ensure a safe working environment.</li><li>Identify and lead the development, specification, and implementation of capital expenditure projects.</li><li>Lead Lean-Six Sigma methodology implementation and lead Kaizen projects.</li><li>Manage all capital project deliverables.</li><li>Other related duties as assigned.</li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Qualifications & Experience</strong>:</p><ul><li>Post-secondary degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical Engineering or a related field.</li><li>4 – 5+ years related Engineering experience.</li><li>Experience and ability to develop, monitor, administer and report on budgets.</li><li>Experience in managing large capital projects.</li><li>Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations, and ability to implement them.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Notes:</strong> We thank all candidates for their time.
