What is the opportunity?

Wealth Management Canada, Digital create innovative digital products, services, and experiences. We are a strategy, research, design, data analysis, and development community aligned on enhancing our Investment Advisors and client digital experience. The Digital Product Enablement team (DPE) drives delivery through the teams, directing digital pilots and research involved in pilots, also the “go-to-market” strategy.

We are seeking a passionate, collaborative, and dynamic manager of operations with a strong talent for communications to support our product enablement activities and communication needs, both for our digital product narratives, but also for the broader WMC Digital teams’ leadership communications and messaging requirements.

What will you do?

Operations:

  • Operations, Planning, User Engagement and Team Support: Work with DPE senior managers to build DPE process templates for speed and consistency across all product initiatives.
  • Ensure team visibility, by planning and tracking current and future quarterly initiatives, co-ordinating multiple project schedules, and resource requirements.
  • Own and update our planning activities, including release prioritization presentations and user engagement overviews. Collaborate with our product partners to ensure these documents are updated monthly for timely senior leadership reviews.
  • User Engagement: Manage the intake, response, and delivery process for user engagement requests. Supporting the user engagement manager to provide prompt and accurate responses to field requests. Allocate engagements across senior managers, as required.
  • Own the administration of our working, collaboration and storage tools: Confluence, Asana, SharePoint, V-Brick recording storage, and Box document storage.

Communications:

  • WM Digital communications: Briefed by senior leadership and strategy, prepare Town Hall presentations and group or individual announcements, required for the broader WM Digital teams.
  • Review communication plans quarterly with senior leadership, to plan accordingly.
  • DPE communications: Work with senior managers to craft product narratives to guide product launch messaging for our communication partners.

What do you need to succeed?

Must haves:

  • Undergraduate degree/post-graduate certificate or equivalent in business, office administration, communications, public relations, or similar
  • 3+ years of organizational administration, and/or communications experience, including planning activities
  • Outstanding writing skills with experience receiving executive briefs, presentations and employee messages
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships and collaborate across businesses and functions
  • Knowledge of digital and financial environment preferred
