<p><b>Job Title:</b> Maintenance Associate</p><p><b>Location:</b> Spruce Grove, AB</p><p><b>Pay Rate:</b> C$25/hour</p><p><b>Contract Duration:</b> 12 months</p><p><b>Schedule:</b></p><ul><li>Monday – Friday (possible overtime)</li></ul><p><b>Requirements:</b></p><ul><li>High School Diploma or GED</li><li>Experience with handheld tools required</li><li>Some mechanic experience is a plus</li></ul><p><b>Job Summary:</b></p><p>The Maintenance Associate is responsible for performing maintenance activities in accordance with the Maintenance Program and ensuring on-time delivery of equipment to meet operational demand. This role supports initiatives aimed at improving Cost of Service Delivery (CoSD), Maintenance Efficiency, People Productivity, and Asset Availability within the Center of Reliability and Efficiency (CRE), Maintenance Base (MB), or Maintenance Center.</p><p><b>Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li>Perform assigned maintenance activities under the direct supervision of a Maintenance Supervisor or Maintenance Technician.</li><li>Adhere to transactional discipline within Technology Lifecycle Management (TLM) business systems, ensuring accurate capture of maintenance-related data.</li><li>Comply with company and division TLM standards.</li><li>Maintain and build competency through the TLM Competency Management System.</li><li>Participate in and support Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives.</li></ul><p></p>
