TAPP Workforce Solutions, in collaboration with a cutting-edge manufacturing titan in the heart of Summerstown, Ontario, is on the lookout for a dynamic Regrind Operator to join their innovative team.
Are you ready to take charge of the Regrind Machine's operations, ensuring top-notch quality and efficiency? This is your chance to shine in a permanent role after acing a 3-month probationary period.
Shift Information & Compensation:
- Day Shift: Monday - Friday
- No weekends!
- Timing: 7:00 am to 15:00 pm
- Compensation: $20 per hour

What Your Day Will Look Like:
- Adhering strictly to all EHS policies, procedures, and safe work instructions
- Sorting and checking various types of scraps
- Keeping the regrind machine clean as needed
- Maintaining a tidy work area
- Preparing Gaylord bags and boxes for regrinded material
- Weighing and tagging regrinded material
- Operating a jigger and moving regrinded material in preparation for transportation
- Logging activities in the log book and production chart
- Fulfilling duties as assigned by the Team Lead
- Ensuring compliance with GMP, food safety, and quality initiatives
What You Need for Success:
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Mechanical aptitude with understanding of mechanical systems
- Basic troubleshooting skills for resolving minor machine issues
- Familiarity with production measurement tools such as level, etc.
- Strong record-keeping abilities
- Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
- Impeccable attention to detail
- Must not be color blind
- Ability to work independently
