Our client, a respected mid-size firm in Toronto, is seeking a lawyer with 6+ years of experience in litigating creditor-side collection, enforcement and other remedies to join it’s high volume practice.
Experience acting for banks, credit unions, or private lender clients on debt recovery, loan defaults, PPSA issues, and secured transactions is preferred. Â A candidate with strong transferable commercial litigation skills and an interest in specializing in this type of work will also be considered. The successful candidate will have a demonstrated ability to independently manage multiple files, strong drafting, negotiation, and file management skills, excellent judgment and strategic thinking, and a client service orientation.
