Together, we contribute to the success of one of the fastest growing and largest publicly traded, pure play renewable power platforms in the world while supporting decarbonization and greater energy sustainability to facilitate the global transition to a net-zero.</p><p>About the Role</p><p>Reporting to the Manager, Business Applications Solutions (BAS), the Knowledge Quality Analyst ensures that our enterprise knowledge—spanning SharePoint, ServiceNow Knowledge Base, and Microsoft Copilot agents—is accurate, governed, searchable, and compliant. The role blends knowledge management, content governance, and QA discipline to improve findability, self‑service resolution, and decision quality across business units. You will partner closely with business SMEs, Cybersecurity, Compliance, and project teams to implement standards, measure content effectiveness, and drive continuous improvement of our digital knowledge ecosystem.</p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><p>Data Quality & Content Governance</p><ul><li>Own content quality standards and editorial guidelines for SharePoint sites, ServiceNow knowledge articles, ServiceNow Resolver work & closure notes, and Copilot agent knowledge sources.</li><li>Conduct scheduled quality checks (accuracy, completeness, metadata, tagging, taxonomy alignment, link integrity, versioning)</li><li>Establish content lifecycle processes (create/review/approve/retire), including review cadences and ownership models</li></ul><p>Knowledge Lifecycle & Findability</p><ul><li>Maintain and improve information architecture, taxonomy, and metadata to boost search precision/recall and user task completion.</li><li>Implement content templates, style guides, and reusable components for consistency and speed.</li><li>Analyze search queries, zero‑result searches, and article feedback to drive targeted improvements</li></ul><p>Enablement & Business Engagement</p><ul><li>Coach content owners and SMEs on governance, writing for findability, and secure sharing practices</li><li>Deliver training on SharePoint security, ServiceNow Knowledge, and Copilot agent content readiness.</li><li>Provide guidance for content development supporting projects and operational needs</li></ul><p>Compliance Risk & Resilience</p><ul><li>Coordinate annual QA for Disaster Recovery (DR) documentation</li><li>Lead knowledge‑related QA for SOX‑impacted initiatives in alignment with internal controls.</li><li>Partner with Cybersecurity to embed data privacy and secure information handling across platforms; monitor adherence</li></ul><p>Project & UAT Support</p><ul><li>Lead or support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for knowledge‑dependent features and changes in ServiceNow, SharePoint, or Copilot agents.</li><li>Define acceptance criteria for knowledge quality; track defects and drive remediation</li></ul><p>Continuous Improvement & Analytics</p><ul><li>Develop dashboards and reporting on knowledge health (freshness, usage, search success, self‑service rates)</li><li>Recommend workflow and governance improvements; document and socialize best practices</li><li>Contribute to Copilot agent readiness (content sourcing, grounding, and maintenance processes)</li></ul><p>Knowledge and Experience Required</p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business, Information Management, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline.</li><li>3–5 years in knowledge management, content governance, technical writing, or QA/validation roles.</li><li>Hands‑on experience with ServiceNow, Knowledge Management and SharePoint Online (site ownership, permissions, metadata/taxonomy).</li><li>Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot and agent content/readiness (or comparable AI‑assisted knowledge systems).</li><li>Strong understanding of governance, content lifecycle management, and search optimization.</li><li>Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills; ability to translate technical and non‑technical concepts clearly.</li><li>Strong analytical and critical‑thinking skills; comfortable with metrics and dashboards.</li><li>Experience with compliance, risk, privacy, or internal controls (e.g., SOX, DR documentation)</li><li>Exposure to knowledge analytics (search telemetry, feedback analysis, CSAT, deflection)</li><li>Instructional design or enablement background (training materials, playbooks)</li></ul><p>Note: Offices continue to be central to collaboration and Brookfield's identity.
