Invoicing Clerk

Job Description

Are you passionate about helping commercial customers? Do you have experience with invoicing, order processing, and customer communication? If so, we want to hear from you We are looking for a detail-oriented invoicing clerk to join their team on a full time, permanent basis.<br><br>
Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Process and manage incoming orders in our ERP system.</li><li>Communicate effectively with customers via phone and email to ensure a seamless experience.</li><li>Open and maintain customer files, enter orders, and oversee proposal approvals.</li><li>Address and resolve any delivery issues professionally and efficiently.</li></ul>
<br>Invoice Management:<ul><li>Create and submit invoices based on purchase order requirements.</li><li>Obtain management approval for project invoices.</li><li>Manage invoicing across internal and external platforms.</li><li>Support resolution of billing disputes as needed.</li></ul>
<br>Qualifications & Skills:<ul><li>Previous experience in invoicing or order administration is a strong asset.</li><li>Post-secondary education in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field is highly regarded.</li><li>Exceptional attention to detail with strong data entry skills.</li><li>Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.</li><li>Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.</li></ul>
