This individual will manage reporting, administration, and vendor collaboration, ensuring that processes are executed and closed effectively. The role requires a seasoned professional who thrives in ambiguity, adapts to ad-hoc tasks, and is comfortable working across time zones with global stakeholders.</p><p> </p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>- Manage and monitor multiple data, AI, and cybersecurity initiatives under the ship digitalization program</p><p>- Maintain project documentation, prepare status reports, and track deliverables across 20 projects (ranging from 1 week to multiyear)</p><p>- Partner with professional services firms to ensure deliverables are aligned and processes completed</p><p>- Oversee and integrate cybersecurity considerations into Data & AI projects</p><p>- Accommodate meetings and deadlines across time zones</p><p>meetings and deadlines across time zones</p><p> </p><p>Required Skills & Experience</p><p> </p><p>- 8-10 years of IT project management experience, preferably in large enterprise environments.</p><p>- Strong background in Data & AI initiatives; familiarity with cybersecurity practices.</p><p>- Comfortable with ambiguity, shifting priorities, and ad-hoc tasks.</p><p>- Proven ability to work with external vendors and professional services firms.</p><p>- Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.</p><p>- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</p><p> </p><p>Nice to Have Skills & Experience</p><p> </p><p>- Maritime experience!</p><p></p>Create Your Resume First
