<p>Job Type: Full Time</p><p>Location: 1500 Sparrow Drive Nisku, Alberta</p><p>Job Description:</p><p>Industrial sandblasting heavy machinery.</p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>· Responsible for ensuring a quality finish and meeting company quality control standards</p><p>· Work with supervisors and managers to plan and prioritize work</p><p>· Preparing various units for sandblast</p><p>· Sandblast machines to company and customer expectations</p><p>· Maintain safe work conditions</p><p>· Maintain a clean workspace (blast area, recycle room, hoses & helmets)</p><p>· Comply with company HSE practices & policies</p><p>Qualifications:</p><p>· Sandblast experience is not required but will be an asset, willing to train</p><p>· Valid Class 5 License and Own transportation</p><p>· Ability to perform physically demanding tasks (Standing, Lifting, Bending, Twisting)</p><p>· Ability to work evenings, weekends & holidays</p><p>· Energetic and motivated</p><p>· Strong verbal and written English skills</p><p>Certification (Company may provide if required):</p><p>· Fall Pro</p><p>· FIT Tested</p><p>· WHMIS</p><p>Additional Certifications that will lend further consideration:</p><p>· First Aid</p><p>· Loader/Skid Steer</p><p>Proper PPE Required</p><p>· CSA approved steel toe boots</p><p>· High Vis Clothing</p><p>· Additional PPE will be supplied</p><p>Wages are negotiable and based on experience. Benefit Package available after probationary period.
