As an <strong>Inbound Material Coordinator</strong>, you will ensure that proper procedures are being followed by the inspection team members for productivity, quality control, and safety.</p><p><strong>What you&#39;re responsible for:</strong></p><ul><li>Identifying inbound material grades, non-conformities, non-recyclable and hazardous material in inbound loads</li><li>Effectively and successfully training productivity, quality control and safety measures as established and set for the Inspection Team</li><li>Facilitating and directing trucks to correct yard locations in an efficient manner</li><li>Performing Daily Checks (Pile Quality, Truck Inspection, Gate Cleanliness, Overnight Loads)</li><li>Providing feedback to production about material quality or sale specifications</li><li>Coordinating quick action for loads that need to be sorted and dealt with in a timely fashion</li><li>Communicating with supervisors and commercial team about downgrades and deductions</li><li>Assisting in the implementation of training programs to train external team members on quality and procedures</li><li>Reviewing outbound sales to ensure quality specifications are met</li></ul>Qualifications<br><br><p><strong>To join our team:</strong></p><ul><li>You are experienced in working around heavy equipment</li><li>You are comfortable with working indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions</li><li>You have a high school diploma or equivalent</li><li>You have working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)</li><li>You have strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills</li><li>You have strong attention to detail and good work ethic</li></ul><br><br></p></p>
