Job Brief: We are seeking a charismatic, phone sales person to help generate new sales leads for our business. If you have a knack for connecting with people and have the ability to listen, understand, discuss and present a solution that suits a customer's need, this is the job for you.
Responsible for exceptional customer service Maintaining relationships with clients throughout the entire process to ensure outstanding customer experience In-house sales
Job Responsibilities/Requirements: Responsible for developing leads and closing telephone sales Explain company services and match to identified needs educating client to provide the best value Accurately record and maintain detailed records of customer interaction and sales activities Experience preferred but not required as training will be provided Excellent written and verbal skills Must be able to speak English fluently, additional languages are a plus Self-motivated, confident, positive, energetic, professional and team-oriented attitude Requires excellent time management and exceptional customer service skills Continuously upgrading skill and knowledge set of sales procedures
Benefits: Compensation: Commission-based After the probationary period, based-salary may be considered depending on performance
