<p>Role: IAM and CIAM Developer Experience</p><p>Work Location: Calgary, Canada _ Hybrid</p><p>Duration: Long Term</p><p>Please share the resume by mail </p><p>Relevant Experience:</p><p>5+ Years in CIAM / IAM</p><p>Must Have</p><p>Strong experience on IAM and CIAM Development</p><p>Roles and Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Design and implement CIAM solutions<br> using leading platforms such as<br> Auth0, ForgeRock, Okta, or Ping Identity<br> .</li><li>Configure and manage authentication and authorization<br> mechanisms, including<br> OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML, and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)<br> .</li><li>Integrate CIAM solutions<br> with diverse applications — web, mobile, and API-based systems.</li><li>Customize identity workflows<br> for user registration, login, password management, and consent management.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams<br> (security, development, product) to ensure compliance with<br> GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA<br> , and other data protection standards.</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve identity-related issues<br> , supporting incident response and root cause analysis.</li><li>Monitor system performance<br> , recommend enhancements to improve<br> scalability, availability, and security<br> .</li><li>Stay updated on emerging CIAM trends<br> , best practices, and evolving security technologies.</li><li>Develop and maintain technical documentation<br> , configuration guides, and operational procedures.</li></ul><p>Mandatory Skills:</p><ul><li>Proven hands-on experience in<br> Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM)<br> or<br> Identity Access Management (IAM)<br> development.</li><li>Strong understanding of<br> identity standards and protocols<br> : OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML, SCIM.</li><li>Expertise with<br> CIAM platforms<br> : Auth0, ForgeRock, Okta, Ping Identity.</li><li>Proficiency in<br> programming languages<br> such as<br> , JavaScript, Java, or Python<br> .</li><li>Experience with<br> cloud platforms<br> (AWS, Azure, GCP) and<br> CI/CD pipelines<br> .</li><li>Sound understanding of<br> RESTful APIs, Webhooks, event-driven systems, and API security<br> .</li><li>Familiarity with<br> microservices architecture<br> and<br> containerization technologies<br> (Docker, Kubernetes).</li><li>Understanding of<br> user experience (UX) principles<br> within identity and access workflows.</li></ul><p>Desired Skills:</p><ul><li>Experience working with multiple CIAM tools (Auth0, ForgeRock, Okta, Ping Identity).</li><li>Knowledge of<br> modern DevSecOps<br> practices and<br> security automation<br> .</li><li>Exposure to<br> Identity Governance and Administration (IGA)<br> tools is an advantage.</li></ul>
